What happens to my school's data if I cancel KiddieCove?
Your school’s data is yours. If you cancel your KiddieCove subscription, you can export all student records, fee history, attendance data, and parent information as an Excel file before your account closes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my KiddieCove plan?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time — the price difference is prorated for the remaining days of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Does KiddieCove pricing include the parent app?
Yes. The KiddieCove parent app (Android and iOS) is included in all plans at no additional cost. There is no per-parent fee and no limit on parent downloads within your plan’s student capacity.
